If you’re a fan of Fox’s scifi series Fringe, be prepared to say goodbye to the series. Fox has moved Fringe to the Friday Night Death Slot of 9:00pm beginning in January. Since the show’s ratings has tanked following the World Series, this is a death kneel for the show. Thirty-seven shows have died in that slot, with the X-Files being the only one to survive (thanks mostly to being moved to Sundays). Fringe is an awesome show, it’s just too sad it had to air on Fox.

This show is great, just look at the ratings of each episode, 9.3+/10 constantly. There’s no way it’s getting canned. If anything, Fox is might be simple sure about this show being strong, and is willing to give a better slot to dumber shows so they bring extra viewers. Mark my words – Fringe will live as long as the story requires.

Ah, I love Fringe, but pretty sure I would watch Supernatural in this time slot. Then find alternative methods to watch Fringe.
