While Marvel vs. Capcom 3 players are still waiting for the first two downloadable characters to be released, the first set of downloadable content has been released on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network. The first is a free “Shadowy Battle” that simulates playing against producer Ryota Niitsuma, associate producer Akihito Kadowaki, and one of Capcom Japan’s best QA testers.
The other DLC is the first Costume Pack. Previously it was revealed that they would do two packs of three costumes each, and both would cost you $5. Instead you get all six costumes for $5. However, upon downloading the pack off PSN I found out it was only a 100k file. What that means is that the costumes are actually on the disc and you’re just paying $5 to unlock them. Bad show Capcom.
