The other day, EA released some images of the Jedi vs Sith “freeze mob” they pulled off in Times Square for the release of The Old Republic. Today a video of the event was released, and you get a really good look at both the Jedi and Sith costumes they created for the big night.

The Darth Malgus is particularly good, as is the normal Sith Warrior armor. Another nice touch is that they aren’t using just stock sabers like you can buy anywhere. While the blades are the same, they actually went and customized the hilts for the Jedi and Sith characters. The plane clothes people appear to have stock hilts, however.

It’s over pretty quick, but you can see how awesome it would’ve been to witness Jedi and Sith in Times Square in the middle of a cold December night.
