If Fox keeps showing images from Prometheus like this, they had better stop trying to pretend the movie isn’t an Alien prequel. The LA Times has an interview with Damon Lindelof about creating an epic movie, and they have a new image from the movie with Noomi Rapace in a familiar looking ship.

If you take a look at the super high-res version of the image you can see a Weyland Yutani patch on her arm, and two Space Jockeys in the background. Space Jockeys and Weyland Yutani are part of the movie. Saying the movie isn’t an Alien prequel is like saying that The Phantom Menace has Jedi, Lightsabers, and a guy named Obi-Wan but it isn’t a prequel to Star Wars.
