Marvel’s denial of the Skrulls not being in Avengers really needs to stop. Aside from full-color images of Skrull action figures being solicited to comic shops for their summer orders, they could be seen in the extended Super Bowl spot. Now, MTV went to Toy Fair 2012 and spotted Skrulls in an upcoming Avengers board game.

If Marvel continues to deny that Skrulls are in the Avengers, it could backfire on them when the movie finally comes out and the team is fighting a bunch of shape-shifting green (or blue) aliens from outer space.
