After Paramount released the character posters for the G.I. Joe posters, the new trailer has hit the ‘net. The posters gave us a real good look at the new Cobra Commander, and there’s more of him in the trailer as well as all of the other new characters and some pretty awesome effects such as London getting seriously fracked up.

So far, things are looking good for the sequel. The character designs are better, the action looks awesome, and the director is an admitted G.I. Joe fan of not just the animated series but the great Larry Hama comics. Chances of this one being as bad as the original are pretty slim.
