Next week’s release of the Amazing Spider-Man tie-in game features on of the cooler pre-order bonuses in some time. Those who pre-order the Xbox 360 or PS3 edition of the game on Amazon get access to a special Stan Lee mission DLC. Other retailers have a different mission, so if you want to play as The Man you’ll need to pre-order on Amazon or wait until the DLC is released separately.

The mission puts a Stan Lee skin on Spider-Man complete with Stan’s voice as he swings around New York looking for his missing script pages. While it is basically just a new skin, there’s something bizarrely awesome about playing as Stan Lee in a Spider-Man game.
