E3 kicked off yesterday, and as expected Lucasarts officially unveiled gameplay of Star Wars 1313. They showed off the first gameplay on Spike’s E3 coverage, which makes sense as that channel shows the movies every chance they get.

They showed off a new CG scene, which looked fantastic since ILM made it and then moved on to the gameplay…and that looked just as good. The game will be M-rated as it’s set in the seedy underbelly of Coruscant with scum and villainy. Graphically, the game looks incredible and is one of the more impressive games shown at E3 so far. Hopefully it’ll be more than just a standard third person cover shooter.
