If you’ve passed on a PS Vita or 3DS for your mobile gaming and decided to stick with your mobile device, you’ll be able to play Street Fighter X Tekken on the go later this summer. Capcom has announced that the fighter will be ported to iOS and will be playable on iPhones beginning with the iPhone 4 on as well as the iPad 2 and 3 and the 4th gen iPod Touch.

The game will feature Ryu, Chun Li, Kazuya, and Nina. If the mobile version of Street Fighter IV is anything to go by, I doubt those will be the only characters the game ends up with. As with the other Capcom fighters on iOS, it’ll feature on-screen controls and from the first screens it looks like the Special Move button has returned to make things easier on the small screen.
