The story behind this is a terminally ill kid wanted to meet Hellboy. So Ron Perlman went and got in the Hellboy make up and costume one more time and went and visited the kid. They even did Hellboy makeup on the boy to make him Hellboy. Now if we’ll just get a third movie out of de Toro and Perlman.
