So this week, Simon Pegg took to his twitter feed to let everyone know how much he appreciated Slave Leia Cosplay. We can agree with him, they are quite special. But apparently some uppity feminist on twitter was quite offended by him drooling over Slave Leia Cosplayers and made her point quite loudly on both twitter and her blog. A pissed off feminist such as that doesn’t deserve hits, so I won’t be linking to her blog here, but if guys didn’t like looking at sexy cosplayers…why is it so popular?

Apparently she also runs a “feminist Doctor Who blog”. Just the idea of that scares me. I’ve lived through the militant feminist Batgirl ruining DC panels at Comic Con, now they want to ruin cosplay for everyone.
