Is your copy of John Carpenter’s The Thing a little lonely on your Blu-Ray shelf? Now Carpenter’s other 80s scifi classic can join it as Shout! Factory has officially revealed a big special edition of They Live for a Blu-Ray release in November. Here are the details directly from Shout! Factory’s website:

If you’ve never seen They Live, you’ve been deprived of one of the great genre classics. The old Image-released DVD has been out of print for nearly a decade, although I have seen it in bargain bins at Best Buy rarely. This new Blu-Ray is a welcome upgrade for one of the craziest movies to come out of the 80s.
