Earlier this week, a script review of Bay’s TMNT disaster leaked out by Turtles co-creator Peter Laird. Long story short, he trashed it for the piece of crap that it was. It was everything fans feared when they first heard about the “Ninja Turtles” reboot, and now Michael Bay has come out and made a statement on his official site denying it has anything to do the movie he’s producing:

The leaked script that different sites continue to comment on was written well before I, or anyone at Platinum Dunes, was involved with the project.

That script saw the shredder a long time ago.

This is tired, old news — wait for the movie!

Not so fast Michael Bay, Latino Review has seen the script and the date on it was this past January, which according to them was about two years after Michael Bay got involved with the movie. And there totally aren’t tanks in the city behind him.
