SOE head John Smedley just did a huge Reddit AMA, and the first question was asking him to apologize for the SWG NGE. People pissed off over that change have been waiting for this, and now you got your apology:

“Stupid decisions. Complete and utter fail and I am very sorry.”

While it may be too late, as SWG shut down forever last December, at least we finally got that out of him.
