When Marvel revealed the packaging for the Phase One Blu-Ray set, which includes all of the Marvel Cinematic Universe movies from Iron Man through Avengers, some people expected trouble when it replicated the metal suitcase from the movie. And now the trouble has arrived for Marvel as the German company that made the original case is suing over the packaging.

Entertainment Weekly has confirmed that the lawsuit will delay the release of the set until sometime in 2013. That means that Marvel is likely going to be designing some kind of new packaging. Whether or not it’ll still be a case holding a glowing Teseract is yet to be seen. This delay obviously doesn’t affect the normal Blu-Ray release of The Avengers on the 25th.
