If you’re a comic reader, you probably have seen the recent DC Comics/IDW crossovers such as Legion of Superheroes meeting Star Trek. That was a minor crossover as many people don’t even know Legion of Superheroes, and it was a pretty short mini-series. But how unbelievably awesome would it be to see Optimus Prime become a Green Lantern, or a Batman Transformer? That idea was pitched, but it’ll never come to be.

According to Comic Book Resources, artist Phil Jimenez pitched the idea of a JLA/Transformers crossover to DC, but it’ll never come to be. The exact details as to why aren’t known, but perhaps it’s due to DC’s current stupidity in not realizing how awesome Optimus Prime with a Green Lantern ring is!
