TrekMovie is generally pretty reliable when it comes to their sources for all things Trek, and now they’re claiming to have confirmation of what the second Abramsverse movie will be titled. According to their sources, the second Trek movie will be titled “Star Trek Into Darkness”:

As for the title itself, “Into Darkness” does not reveal anything specific about the plot. So for those who were hoping for “Star Trek Khan” or “The Revenge of Gary Mitchell” you are out of luck. However, “Into Darkness” certainly gives us a hint that this film could have a serious tone and perhaps darker theme than the 2009 Star Trek film.

Other sites have done some snooping around and confirmed that Paramount has registered domains the support the title.
