Am I being too tough on the Robocop Remake? I don’t think so. Everything surrounding this movie is pointing to a disaster, from the toilet paper the script is written on to the absolutely stupid Robocop suit. Robocop, like Highlander, is a movie that absolutely does not need a remake. Even though I didn’t like it, I can understand remaking Total Recall as Philip K. Dick’s story still hasn’t been faithfully adapted to the screen (even after the remake). But Robocop was done perfectly by Verhoeven, and the movie still holds up. There’s no need for this remake.

Bleeding Cool found these pics of Robocop riding his motorcycle. Obviously there will be a CG-heavy action scene involving this bike at some point because you know every trailer needs some kind of wrecked vehicle flying at the camera real quick to show how intense the action is.
