The “sequel” to X-Men Origins: Wolverine is filming in Syndey right now, and there’s a rumor that a previous X-Men star has a small cameo in it. The Wolverine is based in Frank Miller’s classic Wolverine storyline where he spent time in Japan. It was violent, epic, and by far one of the best Wolverine stories ever written. Just basing a movie on that is enough to get me in the seats, and thankfully the movie pretty much ignores the last Wolverine movie.

Now, a site called We Got This Covered is claiming that Famke Janssen is in Syndey to film a cameo in the movie. There’s no confirmation of this, but as Wolverine does lose his memories it wouldn’t conflict with the events of the original X-Men movies. But then, wouldn’t Jean have remembered meeting Logan at one time before?
