Ever since Lego struck gold in licensing Star Wars, just about every big geek franchise has seen Lego sets. There’s Harry Potter, DC and Marvel comics, Pirates of the Caribbean, Lord of the Rings, and The Hobbit. They even did Lego sets for the failed Prince of Persia movie. Now scifi fans are going to get something very cool, as Lego will produce an official Back to the Future Delorean set next year! It was chosen as part of their CUUSOO program, and the set’s builders will be donating their 1% of the set royalties to the Michael J Fox foundation.
