If you have an Xbox 360 and want to try out Dead Space 3, EA will be releasing the demo in just a couple weeks. In order to get access, you’ll need to sign up at demo.deadspace.com otherwise you’ll have to wait until January 22nd when the demo also comes out on the PS3.

To get people ready for the third game in the series, EA has also released a “Story So Far” trailer that recaps the overall lore of the series as well as the last two games to show where Isaac is at the beginning of the third. And yes, the “Unitology” religion that makes up part of the game’s backstory is a thinly-veiled knock against Scientology.
