Marvel’s Doctor Strange has just joined a small group of movies with visible mistakes on-screen, and in its case it’s a crew member.
A Twitter user’s 12 year old spotted the crew member to the right of the frame in one of the scenes in the Sanctum Sanctorum, and he Tweeted the image to the film’s director:

These sort of mistakes are rare, but if you want to see a horrible example of it look at the widescreen version of Buffy the Vampire slayer. The show was never intended to be seen in that aspect ratio so some episodes have visible lights and even crew members.
Big budget movies are harder to see these sort of mistakes in, but they do happen from time to time. This is probably one of the first big ones for Marvel though.
