Old Republic Subscription Numbers Are Static

On February 1st, EA proudly announced that Star Wars: The Old Republic had reached 1.7 million subscribers. Now nearly a month later EA has revealed new subscriber numbers...and they haven't changed. There was no increase or decrease in the number of people playing TOR, which technically isn't a good thing for such a big game that was just released. VentureBeat has the more. -

New Old Republic Trailer Reveals New Legacies

As part of this week's Guild Summit in Austin, BioWare has released a new trailer for the 1.2 Update. The video shows off the first footage of the new Warzone, Operation, and Flashpoint in the update, but the big reveals come with the new Legacy system unlocks. Did you know that Ralph McQuarrie had a cameo in The Empire Strikes Back? While the Prequel Trilogy is packed with many crew member cameos (including Rick McCallum's in The Phantom Menace that's so obvious it bugs me), the Original Trilogy didn't have so many obvious ones.
