New Star Trek The Game Trailer
0 CommentsPosted by Jeremy Conrad on April 18, 2012 under Gaming, News, Videos
At last year's E3 Namco Bandai revealed that they would be bringing out a new Star Trek game based on the 2009 Abramsverse movie for the PS3 and Xbox 360 sometime in 2013. They released a short teaser for it, but since then there hasn't been much word on the Digital Extremes-developed co-op action game. With E3 a month away, publishers are doing their pre-E3 press tours and as part of that a new t... more. -
Looper Teaser

As promised, the Looper teaser trailer has been released and it's actually a bit more than just a teaser. It actually shows off a lot of the movie, but there's only a few quick glimpses of the future and none of the actual time machine. But it's still enough to explain the basic plot of the movie, but as with any scifi movie like this there are probably some big twists and turns before it ends... more. -

Capcom just held their annual Captivate event where they show off their games to the press before E3, and the best news out of it is that Resident Evil 6 is coming out earlier. The game was previously announced for a Thanksgiving release in November, but now it'll be hitting on October 2nd. That means it'll be out pretty close to the Resident Evil: Retribution theatrical release and just in ti... more. -
HULK SMASH PUNY TV SPOT

I went to the theater this weekend, as I tend to do almost every week, and the main drag leading down to all of the auditoriums was lined with Avengers standees showing off all of the characters in the movie. That was in addition to the typical posters and banners you'd expect in a theater. With the release now less than a month away, the hype is starting to build and I know a few people hitting t... more. -
The Avengers Monorail

Back when Disney released Tron Legacy in theaters, they disguised a monorail at Walt Disney World as a light cycle. Now that the Mouse owns Disney, they're going the same thing with Marvel. This summer's Avengers movie is now decorating monorails at Walt Disney World in Florida. As with the Tron monorails, it's not likely these will make it to the West Coast park so if you're a really huge Aven... more. -
The Total Recall Trailer Looks Awesome

In the madness of April Fools this weekend, Sony's release of the full Total Recall trailer sort of got lost in the mix. But that's a shame as it does look really cool. And despite some snarky fanboys online, I don't hate Len Wiseman. Die Hard 5 wasn't completely his fault, and the Underworld movies have become a pretty decent series. This trailer is basically what they showed at San Diego Comi... more. -
The Dark Knight Rises Trailer in Lego

There's already a pretty good Lego Batman game available, and this year a sequel will come out that will feature more DC Superheroes, but now someone has made a Lego version of The Dark Knight Rises trailer. Using a mix of stop-motion Lego animation and some computer animation, they've recreated the entire second trailer for The Dark Knight Rises shot-for-shot. When the Star Wars Blu-Rays were ... more. -
Total Recall Trailer Teaser

The Total Recall footage Sony showed at last summer's Comic Con actually didn't suck. That was enough to have us cautiously look forward to the reboot from the Underworld director and a majority of the Underworld cast... more. -
First Footage from Cameron’s Challenger Deep Dive

This weekend, James Cameron became the first solo diver to reach Challenger Deep and only the third person in history to do it. The whole thing was part of a National Geographic expedition and it was filmed so expect a 3D IMAX release of the footage sometime in the... more. -
See Spock Mock Sheldon

Now that the NCAA tournament is done pre-empting The Big Bang Theory, this week brings the long-awaited Leonard Nimoy episode. While Nimoy is technically retired, he's still been doing voice overs such as the Spock-bot in the last Transformers movie and now he'll finally be appearing in voice only to talk to Sheldon. Back when the episode was announce it was said that he would only be appearing... more.
