First Battlefield 3 Gameplay Footage
Posted by Jeremy Conrad on February 23, 2011 under Gaming, News, Videos
Witness the death of Call of Duty. Back when EA released the amazing Battlefield: Bad Company 2, they stated that their long-term goal was to regain the FPS top spot away from Call of Duty. Back in the day, DICE's Battlefield 1943 and Battlefield 2 where the ultimate team-based first-person-shooters, but the rise of consoles and Activision's capitalizing on that with the Call of Duty franchise cha... more. -

Today Marvel releases Fantastic Four #588, which is the final issue of the first comic book Stan Lee and Jack Kirby created. The issue directly follows the death of Johnny Storm and serves o... more. -

We're not sure where this piece of artwork originated, but it's pretty cool. This week marks the 25th Anniversary of the Legend of Zelda, and some Zelda fan did a huge banner combining the last quarter-century of Zelda games into one huge piece of artwork. Nintendo should allow this guy to produce it as a giant poster, as that would look pretty cool on a wall or door to a game room. Edit: Thank... more. -

The commercial also revealed something that prob... more. -

Last year's reboot of Medal of Honor was one of the best first-person-shooters of the year, as long as you weren't blinded by the Call of Duty brand name. While the DICE-developed multiplayer did seem lacking to some people, and had some very annoying problems at launch (that have since been patched); the single-player experience was absolutely awesome and one that I'd gladly want to see again in ... more.
