Most Trekkies are aware of William Shatner's thoughts on the Trek reboot, and Nimoy was in the movie itself, but we haven't heard from any of the TNG crew yet. Geordi himself, LeVar Burton, spoke to ET Online and said he was disappointed in the reboot: "J.J. [Abrams] [is] a very good director, he really is. He directed the hell out of the first movie. The story of the Corps and their adventures in space can be pretty epic, but Geoff Johns has been writing the core Green Lantern book for eight years, and it's time for new blood. So Johns will be stepping down from Lantern with issue number 20, and DC has revealed to MTV... more. -
