Inception causes X-Men First Class re-writes

||

The LA Times has an article up where they spoke to X-Men First Class director (and director of Kick Ass) Matthew Vaughn where he describes having to re-write about 12 pages of the movie after seeing Inception. The specific part having to be re-written dealt with a “psi-war” between Professor X and other mutants where there would be spinning hallways like the zero-G dream sequence in Inception.

Making this change is a good idea. Not so much to be original, but the rabid Nolan fanboys who proclaim that Inception is the greatest movie ever made in the history of cameras filming people would rip X-Men a new one on every message board and comment system on the Internet if this wasn’t changed.
