Creative Assembly, the UK-based studio responsible for the Total War games, has announced they are working on an Alien console project. As Sega currently has the Alien/Aliens license, and they own Creative Assembly, this makes sense. However, Sega has had the Alien license for quite a while now and has really only produced one major game with it, Rebellion’s Alien vs. Predator that came out a couple years ago for the consoles and PC. Obsidian was working on an Aliens RPG that has since been cancelled, and Gearbox is apparently still working on Aliens: Colonial Marines; although nothing has been seen of that one in quite a long time.
